Broken sidemirror. Need help!

Need help. Can be just the motor replaced? One dealer says yes, the other no that you have to replace the whole thing. Can anybody have may have a look in microcat if that helps. Somebody mus hung on the whole mirrir. Broken is only the motor. The case split in half. Got pics. But don't manage to put them here Embarassed I know that you can order the motor seperately. Daniel

2005 Range Rover Vogue SE Td6 Java Black

Hi Mounty, yes you can but you have to break 3 small bits of plastic to separate the front and back covers. I did just that at the weekend with the help from DavidP who sent me photos.

There are different mirrors dependent on model year, if you send a pic of the mirror we'll know which instructions you'll need.

The side view mirror has two motors. The one that folds the entire mirror assembly, for fitting into tight spaces, and the one that adjusts the angle of the mirror within the assembly.
Which one are you asking about? 03 HSE Range Rover (U.S. Spec)
