Rich - the black/silver rear badge is just stuck on. Bought mine from eBay and it came in a genuine sealed bag so buy wisely and you will be happy - they aren't expensive Smile

Re: How to replace the Front Grille and Side Vents: With Pic

Hopefully this is relevent and not a hijack, but I have recently bought from Dan@Duckworth the 19" wheels and tyres Tim in Scotland shows in his pics and want to 'upgrade' the front and side grilles of my '06 to 'match'. What would be correct for the original OE look?

Carman - cheers for the reply. I had a change of heart and now want to put a normal green badge onto the front grille to match the tailgate/wheels/steering wheel etc.

Haven't got round to it yet as I'm sure I'll smash my grille trying to pry off the existing black badge insert Shocked

If you take the grille off, does anyone know if the badge can be pushed out from the inside? Just being lazy - I know I can remove the grille this weekend and check it out....

Not afaik - the badge sits on a solid backing. I drilled a whole in mine so I could pull it off but that obviously wrecks the original badge!

Hi guys, a quick question. Can I fit 2010 front grille for 2007 model? Side vent looks clear to fit but the front one?
First impression tells me that sides of the 2007 front grille goes vertical not like the 2010 ones with an angle.
Thanks

no it wont fit ..the 2010 grill is deeper and you'll need a 2010 bumper to fit it.. ... - .- -.

Indeed, that's a whole 2010 conversion right there - would cost you a few grand. IMHO not worth it, would rather put the £3.5k towards a proper one! Discovery 4 HSE

It will not fit straight, but you could still bother fitting the mesh grill into you 2006-2009 one with a bit of butchering, à la Disco3.5 Grill as seen on the D3 forum.

Will it work? Most likely
will it look good? Mumm...

Check individual seller on the bay, you'll find 2009-on grills from 100 pounds on, sometime even cheaper!
