Runs rough for a few seconds after starting

Its probably nothing but since the battery went flat I have been very attentive when first turning the key in the morning. When it starts it runs rough for a second or so then quickly evens out (I do literally mean a second or so) I guess it's always done it but I haven't noticed before - is it normal?

It's due a 12 month service in March that might also help - anyway any feedback/advice would be appreciated as usual Thumbs Up Geoff

Are glow plugs easy to remove, test and replace?

Which ones are need for the TDV8 a cursory look on various parts websites has confused me - I am easily confused Confused Geoff
