It all depends on your wiring loom - assuming you have a pre-touchscreen car |

Does anyone know if the pins in the infamous 54 pin connector actually pull out with the wires on ?

Folks, slowly going mad here....spent over 2 hours looking at the 54 pin connector diaagrams.

I've just got the Bluetooth working, so to complete this thread for others, you need to short pin 32 from the ULF to ground to simulate the pairing button.
