Headlamp wiper stuck at 45 degrees

Just noticed this- it won't budge either. When I activate the headlamp wipe, only one works now?

Fix? 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded

Sounds either frozen or FUBAR

Remove the wiper and re align it so it looks "parked" Whistle '09 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto for the Mrs

It appears to be seized. The weather is quite mild now so any freezing of the motor and I would suspect it would have thawed by now. I haven't applied too much pressure, but it is stuck fast Sad 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded
