Is it not because dogs have to be Licensed , thats why that law is in place …. |

ur just a big bully arent u RRUK, we had all these happy posts about animals coming infront of the RR's with happy endings and you come along and the deer has been blown to bits, RR is damaged and then ur pic of the RR makes it looks like it goes hunting for animals and has them for snacks...

you probably didn't run it over to be honest, and instead thumped if off the front corner and the wheel ... which you certainly would have felt.
