Hi Zig, can't help with the drawings, but I can help with the spelling of 'Schematics'... Very Happy Thumbs Up

Nice work with dual batteries on the other thread - do you have any pics?

-Gav

Gidday Gav, Thanks for that. I can't spell for quids. I thought the dual battery idea I had was quite good. When I figure out how to get it from 35 film onto this cyber space thing, I'll put some pics up. I'm sure I've said somewhere that I'm a bit of a luddite. It was a huge step for me coming from the classics to this thing. It's actually going back into the shop Monday because the bloody thing isn't going to sleep. Fancy having a car that has to go to sleep.

No, it's def front mount. At the bottom of the page they have a rear mount.

Ziggy, for more pics got to LR topix, punch in your vehicle info, go to accessory installation instructions and look for the winch tray. Many more drawings. The winch tray in the pics is a copy of the OEM tray.

So what I'm after, pretty please ... has anyone got any pictures or technical drawings (I can't spell scamatics) of the G4 winch mount for the front of these beautiful vehicles.

I've just bought the winch off eBay. Ziggy, I'll send you photos and measurements when it arrives if you PM me you email address.

Salut Deep,
The best drawings/installation instructions are at LR Topix. Look for accessory installation instructions.

G'Day Cobber PM sent, still aint got a winch on the beast yet but as she's hardly been off the drive way in the last month or so, I dont suppose it matters much. Only been bush once sence January to much work and not enough time to play

As I say in the PM have decided to go with the D2 full winch bar if I ever get time to get one and fit it...
