FBH runs for 2/3 mins then stops?

I can activate it via remote (new batt), it starts, fan comes on, I can hear the burner noise from the nsf arch then it stops.

any thoughts?

Mine turned out to be a faulty FBH ECU. Have you got access to a tool to read the fault codes? Graham

2009 .. unless you're VERY unlucky (jan 1st - Jan 12th registered) your car still under warranty. Get it into the dealer PDQ. Mine cost £1400 to fix... Graham

From my past experience here is a list of most common FBH problems (though my experience is based on the older generation of FBH. Should be close to the same):
- bad glow plug (continuity test)
- bad thermal overload breaker (continuity test)
- improper fuel mixture (the mixture is metered by both the fuel pump (precise 'dosage-pump') and the combustion air pump).
- thermal overload due to bad coolant pump

In the first 2 cases the FBH will not even try to run whereas in the latter 2 it will start and shut down without producing any heat.

I'd also contact Webasto and ask who does their FBH repairs in the UK. Here on the mainland it's all Bosch Service Centers (amongst others).

BTW, the FBH function for the IIDTool is finished. Rolling Eyes We are confirming it in the coming days starting with my RR this evening (as I leave for the US on Sunday).

Norway 2014 Range Rover Vogue TDV6 Loire Blue

I had the same symptoms on two cars a few years ago. I sent the first one in for repair and they replaced the pump. I remember it was very expensive so I went under the other car and started tapping on the pump if it was just stuck due to lack of use. After that it worked fine. ----------
