Have you got an IID Tool? I'd watch the fuel pressure on petrol as it switches over and see what happens.

I would have hoped the check up from the lpg would have picked up on that but you never know. He said it had good pressure and was set to run rich because of the engine type. He is pretty good been doing it for years on anything that's runs on lpg |

It seems the excellent Simon on the lpg forum may have come up with the reason my car stalls when switching from lpg back to petrol, he suggests I may be missing a reducer on the petrol return line to tank. I replaced this almost the 1st day I got the car due to it leaking fuel.

Wow not almost a year but.....I fitted a reducer 1.2mm into the fuel return line back to the tank so far all seems well. Needs a proper test drive tho |

never seen this thread before, mine is a 07 with BRG since new does the same thing since a few weeks, cranking for a 2 or 3 seconds after I switched of the engine running on LPG. Which reducers have you used to replace the old ones please? Any part number or name or pic? Thank in advance. |
