Passenger Wiper Scuffing Windscreen

Hi all

I've noticed that my passenger side wiper is scuffing my windscreen at the max wipe then return position and its slowly getting worse. New blades were fitted about 4 months ago and the passenger side has always smeared.

I adjusted the arm position after purchase because it sat too high but since reading the positioning procedure on another thread I've measured mine to be 40mm rather than 58mm as per the procedure. Might that be the cause?

I'd appreciate comments on the measuurement of other peoples blade position, from edge of screen weather seal to blade contact point?

The angle seems not bad at about 90 degrees.

Thanks

Carl
