2006 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Buckingham Blue

Front door won't open from inside or outside

Morning all got an issue with the l322. Went in it this morn to defrost it and all was fine, left it ten mins missus went back out and says the drivers door won't close. Tried shutting it and it wouldn't latch, finally managed to get it to close but now it won't open from the inside or outside handle

I replaced a cable about a year ago as the outside handle wouldn't work but this is both handles so having to climb in from the passenger side now

Any help would be much appreciated

Possibly a frozen lock mechanism. See if you can leave it parked with the door facing the sun.

Happened to someone or two on here ISTR. Cheers

its a common problem as is the sticking door which can be sorted by putting gummi pfhlege on the rubbers..

the frozen latch/lock needs to be dried out and covered in grease... ... - .- -.
