Amplifier replacement with Most

Has anyone replaced their Logic 7 amplifier in the range with the MOST system without having the gateway module reprogram to recognize the new amp. I read on Topix, if any system is replaced in the MOST ring, the gateway module would have to be reprogrammed becasue of the security system used by the MOST. I was told by the dealer my amp was shorting out causing the nav screen to freeze with the landrover logo. The repair was over $1500. I have seen used amps for a fraction of that price. The bluetooth module is also included in the MOST ring and Topix also stated the gateway module would have to be reprogrammed if the bluetooth module was replaced, but I have read threads somewhere on the net where the bluetooth modules could be swaped with out any programming required. From what I recall, those individuals where not in the US. So if anyone with a NAS range with MOST has changed either the bluetooth module or the amplifier could you please let me know if any programing was required.
Thanks.

Contraband,
Water in the rear was the first thing I checked for. It was bone dry. The screen freezing comes and goes. Currently the system is working again. I will take a look at all the connections when the system freezes again.

I have the MOST system and had a similar problem which turned out to be the BT module. System froze no radio sound anything, i did a reset of the system by pulling fuses (found a post on here for the correct order) which did come back up and got the sound back but the BT would not work. I got a replacement module of Wiggs and plugged it it worked straight away. I also changed the tv Tuner to a Hybrid Tuner box which is part of the MOST circuit and again all worked straight away without a single trip to the stealer.
