Bolts on 22"

So got 22" wheels coming this week and need to know what nuts go on as current 19" will be incorrect....any views?

Do they differ depending on wheel?

Cheers

They differ per manufacturer... Some use OE wheel nuts some use 19mm aftermarket wheel nuts, if they are new wheels they should be supplied with them if they are needed...

Just make sure if they use OE wheel nuts, you use the correct type i.e. black (pre 06) or stainless capped (post 06) as the black ones have a smaller shank and will allow the wheel to slip and can cause damage to alloy wheels.

cheers boys.........

they are used but almost new.......they are shiny on outside and black inside and look like the stormer wheel design I think.

guess I'll just ask the previous owner and see what he used.

need a slight refurb and 2 tyres so not putting them on straight away. all smug in my new plug!

22" stormers depending on the factory who made them can use 19mm old or new type OE bolts unfortunately...

Measure the diameter of the bolt holes. Also check if the holes are same diameter all the way through. Some non original wheels have tapered holes which need special bolts. No longer FF owner but still interested. Present car Jaguar XE

I'm lead to believe the original bolts were used on the guys car I am taking them from.

They are just spare now, so we'll see when I get them.

cheers for the replies all. all smug in my new plug!
