Think the badge is just stuck on with 3m double sided tape, just get a 0.6mm guitar string or something similar and kind of do a sawing motion behind the badge .................and it should come off....... |

Took my grill off to swap the green and gold Land Rover badges with the black/silver ones, it's 3 screws and takes about 2 mins, if you look at the instructions for changing the headlight bulbs it shows you how to remove the front grill. To get the badge off I heated up the old one with the wife's hairdrier and pushed it out from behind (there is a small hole behind the badge) when the 3m tape / glue started to give a little. To fully remove the grill you need to slide out the temp gauge that sits inside the grill. |

thanks boys , will pinch mrs h hairdryer, as anyone else sprayed their gril to match bodywork colour. if so did you use a clear Lacquer over spray to protect from stone chips? |

Yeah that's what i got done but i also got the outside rim of the grill painted black .................
