I look at it this way. Those Ebay sellers ask you to send them your key code, or spare key so they can cut you a new one... Now they have your key and your address, and you have... nothing if your unlucky - just an empty driveway where your FF once stood.... There is a seller there somewhere that doesn't ask for your key, they will send you a blank, which you can have cut else where, then you just slip the circuit board in from your old key and do a re-sync.

thanks for the info guys just ha d a look for re sync stuff but cant seem to find out how to do it could this be done by main dealers do you know ? |

thanks for the info just to clarify if i start by changing the battery to see if its that do i need to re sync is there a way of telling if the battery is going eg will it flash differently or beep etc ? |
