Air pump over run

Just got the range back after new Battery And alternator as diagnosed on my previous post, the althenator was completely fried !

Anyway it seams that now the pump for the suspension is running longer than befor ? I used to get in and drive off and not hear a thing but now it's pumping even though I'm level if I lower it to access it's fine and it goes up and down ok but it seams to be pumping when it shouldn't ? Any ideas ? Nothing has been touched, just new battery and alternator

Oh what it did do that I have never noticed before was lower the rear when I opened the boot ? ANSI geared a sharp hiss noise ? I wonder if settings have been changed ?

Scotland

The system dumps air out a valve that is next to the compressor, perfectly normal. There could be a leak in the system causing the pump to run on
