It's one of the best things to be pooling along the road at 60-80 leptons and being sat higher up then most can drivers and just wafting along |

Couldn't agree more I just think it's brilliant...It would be one of the "must haves" on my next car whether that's an RR or not ![]() ![]() |

I haven't read the full user manual yet, but yes you can adjust the distance. Theres a couple of little flappy buttons to set it as you drive so you can increase or decrease the distance whenever you like. There's 4 settings - it just shows you arrows/chevrons in front of an image of the RR in the screen so can be set to 1 2 3 or 4 arrows I'm not sure what the actual distances are but I would guess around 10 to 20 metres was the minimum distance. I would say the distances are very safe & cautious rather than being able to get right up someones ar...se I'm not sure if those distances change according to your speed, but probably ! |

Yes. The gaps are quite cautious. Even 1 is quite big. I've had someone attempt to squeeze in before and then you feel the full forces of the auto-braking! |

That's a good point, so if you get some complete idiot pulling in right in front of you, does the car emergency brake, potentially dangerously so, in a way that you wouldn't yourself? Especially if you are being closely followed by a car with brakes which aren't as good as those on a Range Rover! (probably describes most ordinary cars on the road). Range Rover-less at the moment - Pining! |

It can brake quite hard, but for emergency it gives a message "driver intervention required" or something like that. It's good, but you still need to be on your guard for those kind of twits who drive like crazy. |

Lovely car Rolo. Doesn't look like it has a gearstick in the middle - when did RR get rid of those?! |

Hi, thanks, I believe it was the 2011 versions with the new 4.4 diesel that all have the rotary selector & now only a gear stick available on the autobiography petrol supercharger. It's very neat & tidy. I know many like to grab hold of a stick when driving but you get used to it not being there. When the ignition is on the knob pops up ! Then you can rotate it to where you need it. Turn off & it pops back down, flush out of the way ![]() |

You can have first refusal if I decide to sell after 1 or 3 years if you like.....................all depends if I like the new shape. Or if you just give me £100K now & it's yours with no build waiting time ![]() ![]() |

It really is a stunning car... Can't see why anyone could prefer an Evoque to a FFRR like this.. Previously..
