You'll probably notice if you look closer the spoiler is fine..... It's the whole tailgate that has dropped.

Exactly! that was my issue, hence mentioning the hole positions. The plastic spoiler is light, and doesn’t normally get out of position, but the tailgate is heavy, and drops over time, it’s very common on the L405. “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” -where’s the fun in that? |

I wouldn't necessarily agree with you gremlin... I adjusted my SVA's boot lid when I first bought it and its stayed perfect now for 3yrs + |

I'm pretty sure they just didn't torque the nuts up tight enough at build, it's common accross at least 3 land rover platforms that ive had
