Ive just had my one in for the suspension cracking inspection - I asked about the spoiler problem but they said it was a bulletin and therefore rectified at cost to owner.

I took the hinge covers off. Looking at the hole within the hole. It is the tailgate that has moved. No one is around to help today, so that will be a job for another weekend. SDV8 AB MY 2020
