Rear wiper fault

So my rear wiper started squirting water into the cabin. Looked at a diy and it recommended a washer but it doesn’t look available now.. did anyone find a new source?

Anyway, I carried on with it without squirting just the wiper, but today it just stopped at 5oclock… any ideas if it’s salvageable? Current stable:

More on this - I pushed the blade up a bit and then it resets when the car is back on. If I try and use again it gets to the same place and stops until I push it and turn the car in again…

Any ideas? Current stable:

If you search and read all the previous post on this subject you have two issues.1/ the water leak, 2/ the plastic gear. 1 causes 2 to strip. A BMW Mini wiper motor gear is a direct replacement. The shaft seal size will be in the old threads so should be a simple find on ebay/aliexpress etc 2007 TDV8 VSE
