AFAIA they are not making any more, been on back order for ages...
There is a company making pattern ones for the Evoke, it seems all late Range Rovers of any denomination are having the same problem, the Evoke ones don't fit a fatty but maybe they will make some soon... You don't "Have" to change it, the mounting bolts hold the tank up as well, it doesn't need to be there, you could take it off or just leave it till you find another one... Even if you go off road it would be pretty hard to knock a hole in the tank, if you did I think it would be the least of your worries.... ![]() __________________________________________________ 2014 L405 Autobiography SDV8 4.4 Loire Blue Ebony interior 2012 L322 Autobiography 5.0 Supercharged Ipanema Sand Sold 2011 L322 Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8 Baltic Blue. You would have to construct a tank protection that consists of two parts, then you wouldn't have to remove the cardan shaft. The exhaust is easy to remove. Here in Germany these parts have rusted through on almost all L494 + L405, and the authorized dealer always says: You are the first to have this...., since my entire circle of friends bought a Range Rover instead of a Cayenne because of my specialist knowledge, I'll see if something can be done, my wife has a large metal processing company with all the pressing tools. Stay tuned and will report back. (I repaired my protection with polyester). L405 SDV8 2017 + Lancia Flavia Coupe 1964 + RRS L494 3.0 SDV6 + C220CDI Convertible 2021 |

I completely removed the tank protection (built in 3/2017 with Ad Blue), sandblasted it in a box, removed the rust, treated it with FERTAN, sealed small holes, the size of a finger, with epoxy resin (2K) and fiberglass mat, cut the two drain holes open again, and then painted them black with HAMMERITE paint. It's amazing, a perfect 2017 L405 has just such a few rust spots, the rest is as good as new. L405 SDV8 2017 + Lancia Flavia Coupe 1964 + RRS L494 3.0 SDV6 + C220CDI Convertible 2021 |

I’ve had to get one for my 16 through LR been on back order for a couple of months but I’ve now got a delivery date. Mine has Adblue tho so will be different. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
