a wise old man once told me that if you leave the height in standard all the time you'll get a build up of mud/crud on the struts rubber...

this in time 'could' harden and may cause rips .

so its beneficial to use access/off road modes now and again to stop this ..

btw, the wise old man is cam-tec-craig Wink [maybe not so old but very wise Mr. Green ] ... - .- -.

i've witnessed craig chipping off sharp hard mud of my FF so it does happen.. ... - .- -.
