Hill Descent

Probably a stupid question but should the hill descent button light up. I've pushed it a few times and it's active on the dash and does work too, but no light on the actual button. Browsing Autotrader as you do I saw a Range Rover Autobiography HD button which looked AFAICT, like there was no actual light on it. I'm miles from mine and can't check for a few days buts its really bugging me.

Thanks

I want it to light up You've bought WHAT!!

No light in the button on mine, I don't think, but a tell-tale appears on the dash, of a green car facing downhill.
