2014 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Luxor

Loose lead not connected near main battery

Hi, I have a loose lead near the positive terminal in my battery compartment, should it be connected to something?
I noticed that there is a similar lead connected to the negative terminal but can't see anywhere that this could connect to

Lovely, thanks. I thought that may be the case as I couldn't see anything that it should connect to but thought I'd better check
