Out for a short journey this morning, no faults appeared until I stopped at the end of the journey with the engine running. 2 additional codes appeared this time:

After talking to Patrick at GAP, I managed to get the wheel speed readout that showed all 4 ABS sensors working correctly.
IID fault codes:
So bought a used ABS ECU and swapped them over, however new one needed VIN coding before it would work. IID Tool can't do this so tried all the usual local Land Rover specialists, but no one had either the Testbook/T4 or Autologic equipment that seem to be the only 2 systems that can recode an ABS ECU, not even the main dealers! Eventually found the excellent Rob at Winston Pincombe in Chumleigh had Autologic, and after only 15mins with him, job done. All working normally again. Hi David, thank you for solving this SRS Airbag error - my IID was throwing up the same error on my 2004 4.4 Petrol BMW engine, and the below fix worked for me using GAP IID scanner https://www.fullfatrr.com/forum/topic52722.html?highlight=srs |
