Actual tire sizes changed DSC behavior? | |
Hello All,
Recently I changed some of the CCF values regarding the actual tire width and aspect ratio.
Some, as most had the correct wheel/tire combination already entered.
What I changed was the tire width and aspect ratio into 255 and 50 respectively, the original stored value was undefined.
There is a tight 180 degree turn on my daily commute, one has to accelerate a bit to merge with traffic, starting to accelerate during the turn as the merging lane is kinda short.
I know the RR is not a race car
Before the value change I always wondered why the DSC would sometimes intervene in that turn, the car was never close to sliding or losing grip in any way.
The day after entering the actual values it seems the DSC was not alarmed anymore (I pushed to the level it would intervene before) by me taking that turn at 'speed'.
Anybody else noticed a change in DSC behavior when changing those CCF values?
