I’ve just part exchanged my 2016 MY VSE SDV8, so it will be in a dealers hands pretty soon. It’s a great car and if anyone currently looking sees it on AT or similar, then its worth a good look.

I part exchanged the car at Stratstone Milton Keynes, but they will just put it into the auction network from where a dealer will buy it and then offer it for sale - or at least that’s what I think would happen.

The car was faultless in my 6 year ownership, has full MDSH and MoT until August 2025. I thought it worth pointing out to any members looking for a car of that vintage that this one is worth consideration. Although it might have been better to wait until I knew who was selling it - apologies for any confusion.

I would be interested in buying this. What was the mileage? Can you let me know what you got in p/e? thx

£14.5k. No idea what it sold for at auction though. Price looks toppy, but reflects the condition to some extent.

Does look like there should be some movement in that price but very nice.

They were a bit harsh on their px price - I can't imagine there being a better 2016MY VSE out there. It's got the right engine, mileage is good, FMD service history and the condition is a credit to your ownership.

A sign of the LR trade prices at the moment I suppose. They need big margins.

Just to be clear, it was Stratstones that gave me the px. I have no idea how much this dealer paid to buy it in, but I’ll bet it was more. I paid <£50k for the P525 , including accessories, so they probably took most of the profit moving the px on.
