I’ve got an aesthetic issue with my 2010 L322

There’s an aftermarket tow bar on and its meant the back box is sitting lower than it should - pic below

My specialist said I need some ‘Bumper irons x 2 - bit that holds the towing eye’ as this tow bar thing is holding up the back box and if removed will mean I need these irons

Annoyingly I do want a towbar and im sure theres other options than what I currently have that wont mean the backbox sits so low.

also need a new boot lid (main part with glass) for facelift L322 (preferably with clear glass) as rust is difficult to remove and for repainting, so buying a new boot lid is the best option. Nothing I can see online at the moment

Last thing...any recommendations for rust removal/ rectification in the Surrey area? Different car but would be good to know

the rust on the tailgate seals is very common
