Rear shocks leaking with VDS

Morning All

Replaced my rear air suspension a six to eight weeks ago all went well, so I thought.

Checked under the vehicle the other day and both shock absorbers are leaking quite badly. they were perfectly dry when I replace the air bags.

Have they been over extended which has caused the units to leak.

Thank you for any replies. '88 RR Classic, '90 Classic, '93 Classic, '02 Discovery TD5, '55 Discovery 3, '01 P38 4.6, '06 L322 Vogue TD6, 2012 L322 Vogue TDV8, 2017 L405 Autobiography

There is a LR technical service buletin about it if you do a search and it's not detrimental to the operation. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)
