Bushes for Rear Anti roll bar (aka sway bar)

I require RBX500160 bushes x 2 for my front sway bar.

My rear sway bar is AH42-5A771-AA but apparently LR never sold the bushes for the rear sway bar.

Has anyone sourced them or are the front bushes suitable for the rears?

Thanks.

A quick Google of that part number provides numerous suppliers including Rimmers and JLR Classic, so I don't know why you'd have any issues getting hold of them.

ETA: That part number appears to be associated to the B6 Armoured version - are you sure that's what you're after? 2012 (L322) 4.4TDV8 Vogue SE, RSE, Fuji White over Arabica.

RBX500160 is the number for the front ARB bushes for an armoured L322

RBX500040 is the number for the rear bushes for an armoured L322. If the fronts fitted OK, then it stands to reason that the rears will be the same (but I'm not 100% sure. Not an issue I've ever come across)

Further note, Powerflex supply bushes to fit front and rear anti roll bars on the L322.

Thanks for the responses.

I have sourced some which hopefully will be suitable for the fronts and they have a 31.0 mm internal diameter so if that Powerflex info is correct then I am hopeful they will fit.

The question was really more specific to the rears as my reference diagram (from Advanced Factors) state these bushes are not sold separately and therefore do not supply a code for them.

The powerflex info shows the rears to have a smaller internal diameter (26.5mm) so chances are the fronts won't fit the rears and I need to source an aftermarket pair since LR don't sell them.

It appears the front sway bar changed at some point but the bushes for it remained the same.....RBX500160 which I understand have a 31.0mm internal diameter.

I just acquired a used front and used rear sway bar. Word of warning....these sway bars change slightly from early L322's to later models.

I managed to remove the original bushes but for anyone looking to do this job it is a PITA as they are bonded onto the swaybar.

It was hard enough getting them off and I had the bars clamped in a vice.....I really don't think this can be done whilst the bars are still on the vehicle but hats off to anyone that's done it before.

I am going to get the bars shot blasted and powder coated and aim to fix to the vehicle in due course.

Hi, resurecting this old thread as replaced my rear anti roll bars yesterday being as I'd had them sat on the shelf a while now waiting for better weather.

Jeez what a nightmare, they'd literally fused themselves to the bar, had to cut them off slice at a time working around the bar with a reprocating saw, both the same.

Once I got that all off had to then use a shapened scraper to remove the rest, finally some emery banding to clean back to metal.

3 hours, thankfully don't have to do that again for a while
