Software update l405 2014

LR write on the website, that updates for software are automatic via InControl Touch Pro.. But I think my 2014 is not equiped with this. How can I update ? (VIN: SALGA2JF0EA182934)

I had tried to change the car configuration with the IID Tool. But I think the tools updated some firmware wrong. After that I had no sound in my car. All entertainment was dead. In the menu I had only the sound setting for the basic sound system, no meridian, no TV, no DVD, no Telephone, no BT no DAB. no NAV. trying to restart by disconnecting Battery not work... All fuses are working, all hardware seems to be working. (Disc drive is booting... but thats all) I think that the software on the ECU of the amplifier or sound system is wrong.. GAP Diagnostic is trying to send me new setups.. but until now no success... I hope today I will get a new config from them. The last one was not working (could not find my IID Tool in case of programming).. I currently lack a bit of confidence to GAP and look for a plan B..

As the old adage goes, if it's not broken, don't fix it (which it seems you were trying to update the system?).

Sounds like a failed flash of the firmware, which can be tricky to wipe. If the IID tool can't do it through OBD, it may now need to go to a specialist to be re-coded direct to the device. 2015 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SDV8
