L322 3.6 Turbo Replacement No starter or diff removal

For anyone considering this, I have just completed both sides. Replaced with a pair of new Borg and Beck turbos.

My L/H turbo had failed because the nut had sheared off the compressor blade !

Managed to do both, without having to remove starter or diff. Took me about 3 days (over a week) to complete. Also did not need to degass aircon.

Thankfully had use of a two post lift for the duration, anyone who does this on their drive would have my respect ✊

Lucky the nut didn't get sucked into the engine. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

Yes I was also glad I ran a magnet along the air intake hoses and found the nut ! That would have been very upsetting otherwise 😂 L322 2007 TDV8 3.6
