Hi All, anyone got some advice on changing the fuel pressure sensor, it seems very difficult to get a 27mm spanner on it with all of the injector lines all around the area?

Any tips welcome.

If you're replacing the sensor because of DTC P0088-17 then the cause is likely deteriorated wiring at an electrical connector for the sensor rather than the sensor itself, as described in LTB01083.

it'll be the connector, I didn't bother following the guide and fitting new plugs etc, i just cleaned up the contacts and it never came back. Current

Thanks for the info however, the fault code is:

P0191-85 Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Range/Performance - Signal Above Allowable Range.

I already have a replacement sensor and was after any advice on how to remove/replace with the fuel rail supply and return lines in the way.

If anyone is interested; I removed windscreen wipers, complete windscreen valance, centre bulkhead assembly, plenum chamber then the fuel line to allow access to the sensor wirh a ring spanner.
Cleaned all the soot/oil out of the plenum chamber, inlet hoses and the EGR fitting (extremly dirty job).
Fitted new semsor, refitted all of the above. Cleared the fault code. No problem since.
