It may be a long shot but, if you get some isopropyl alcohol and a toothbrush you may be able to save it. Soak the PCB with the IPA scrub it really well with the toothbrush and another soaking with IPA, allow it to dry in a warm place (on top of a radiator or airing cupboard) and try it again. Water ingress into that area is a common fault, search the forum for solutions.

Hi, I don't see any scorch marks in the pictures so as long as power wasn't applied while standing water on there you may be ok.
