Yes. The only time you can legally use it on the road with no MoT is if you are going to a pre-booked MoT test.

I agree with Weegie. If it's a short distance (less than 10 miles), shouldn't be more than £100 to have it trailed. |

Driving a vehicle that's failed You can take your vehicle away if your current MOT certificate is still valid and no 'dangerous' problems were listed in the MOT.

Re the tax part of that , you can also drive to and from MOT station with no tax (prebooked) as you need an MOT to tax it . |

Book an MOT at garage 2 and drive it to that garage on that day simples... |

Are all front and rear subframes the same across the years? If so why not buy a good second hand one, have it galvanised and ask the garage to swap them over rather than repair? |
