I've just had mine all waxoyled when I had the arches sorted. Hopefully it's good enough to keep it away.

What year is your L322 OP? 1995 4.6 v8, green/tan (long gone)

Had this issue with mine , both sides, including dealing with the rust behind each of the rear wheel arches and then dealing with both sills was a £3k restoration at a recommended restorer. With my vehicle being a one off I bit the bullet so as to ensure there was no further deterioration. I suspect it is the death knell for many vehicles eventually as the jacking points go . I don't honestly know but he was recommended by my mate who runs a Chipsaway and had plenty of interesting cars he was working on - E Type mkII, XJS, mini cooper |
