FBH circulatin pump

question about fbh got a fault code 0x0304 Circulation Pump - Open circuit or short circuit to battery
is this the circulation pump on the webasto or another pump
any help appreciated as to what the fault may be 2008 Range Rover 3.6 TDV8 Vogue SE

It's on the webasto.
found an image on Evil Bay where you can see it in the first picture where they cut off the coolant line.

It's the thing with the lowest hose cut off.
