I'm thinking of putting a design pack rear bumper on my car and I'm trying to find out if the standard Westfalia detachable towbar has enough clearance or do you have to remove the centre section of the bumper when hitching up?

Thanks JNC. Do you know the make of your bumper? |

Powerful UK have just had stock of the bumpers again and have said the undertray 'might' need modifying to allow fitting of the towball. Thanks. |

I have the design pack with a detachable tow ball and the grey cover does need a small rectangular section cutting out where the receiver is located - there’s a mark moulded into the panel showing where the cut needs to be made.
