Harsh vibration.

A little bit of advice needed on what to look for in the RR.... I have started to feel a proper vibration (like running over a rumble strip on the motorway), it's noticeable when going uphill on the slip road as I enter the motorway. Speed wise I would say 25-35mph. You don't tend to feel it at any other speed, plus I'm not sure I feel it on the flat, if I do it's nowhere near as harsh. Lat year I changed one of the rear brake calipers as this seemed somewhat seized. The other side had clearly been done prior to us getting the RR.
For awhile now I've thought I could here a wheel bearing kind of rotary noise, but it's just passed its MOT so not sure if something hasn't been picked up or not.
Any suggestions on what to look for and how to check would be greatly appreciated.

I was kind of hoping for a similar suggestion along the lines of yours, like a worn bush ect not a torque converter.

If it is a torque converter are they all the same as I know where there is a good one on an 2002 yr model. Borrowed Grey 2002 3d 204k for a year

If you haven't already, worth trying to change the transmission fluid and filter.
Fairly simple job, most expensive part of it is the fluid. Can often fix the issue.

Thanks Joiner, I changed the fluid and filter last year, the strange thing is it only seems to do it on the slip road hill and not every time according to the other half. Borrowed Grey 2002 3d 204k for a year

Yeah, mine started vibrating only on inclines, hasn’t been an issue since a change of fluid and filter. No idea how long that’ll last for, but hopefully give me some time before a rebuild.
