Just joined the forum but from what I have seen appears to be a really helpful resource. Bought my 2011 4.4TDV8 a couple of weeks ago. Do not want to have a permanent dog guard fitted and have seen on Ebay retractable mesh dog guard/load nets but they are listed as fitting up to 2009. Can anyone advise why they do not fit later model and can they me modified to fit?

I imagine you will have the points in the headlining to clip the net to, but the sides where the unit clips in won’t have the fittings… mine doesn’t… my old TD6 did. I’d have took them out if I’d known the later cars don’t have them…. Think you can get them off eBay, but not always cheap. Or if you are getting the net, make sure the side fixings come with it.
