Binding Parking Brake :x

Hi Guys!

Got the “brake pads worn” message the other day, good timing as I was planning on using this bank holiday to do the rear pads and disc.
I did the steps to put the car in “ service mode “ before doing anything, passenger side went fine no problems.
Drivers side is another story, the disc was firmly stuck, nightmare.
Once it was finally off, I’ve cleaned everything with brake cleaner and attempted to refit the new disc only to find it wouldn’t fit over the shoes, I can squeeze the disc on but then I’ve got no adjustment left on the cog for the shoes to loosen to let the wheel spin freely.
I adjustment it off as much as it will go and tried the car up the road, the parking brake is definitely binding and I’m at a loss Bow down Big Cry Big Cry

I’m still yet to do the bedding in process (been waiting for the traffic to calm down)
Am I wasting my time trying to bed them in?

If anybody can help I would be very thankful!
Thank you!
