As I have a couple of 'reconditioned' compressors which weren't up to the job - the brand new one is doing the business, I thought I'd use one of them to have a play at building a tyre inflator, so to save me digging backing into the boot etc. to measure the pipework I was wondering if anyone knows what they are please? Additionally, would anyone know if there is a pressure cut off switch built into the compressor itself? Range Rover 4.2 SC

The old P38a used 6mm tubing to connect the air bags … can’t remember about the compressor though V8 or else ...

Yep, 6mm or 1/4" it's the same size as LGV airbrake control hose, loads of pushfit fittings on eBay that do the job...  Pete
