Hi, help appreciated if you can.
2011 Autobiography with limosene seating. It has the rear control unit with lcd screen so the rear passengers should be able to select what they want to hear or see.
Everything in the rear works if selected from the front screen.
The rear controller charges and responds to all button presses on its own screen but the car system does not respond.
I have checked the permission for rear seating control, no difference.
The rear headsets work so the infrared sensoe is working, I don’t know how to test the receiver.
Any thoughts?

I know this is of no help, but I the same problem happened to my 12 month old Disco with the rear entertainment. Shortly afterwards it all packed up. I took it back to the stealers & it was fixed within a day and I think it was down to one wire, but either way both problems were fixed & it was all fine after that. 2010 RR Autobiography 5.0 SC
