Yep, they're stored in the Nav. unit. You can try reloading the software if you can find a bootloader disc. |

Yep, that's the one - it won't update your bootloader as it's likely an older version but it should force a reload of your existing firmware, which may cure your issue. If not, there are plenty of 'for parts only' units on fleabay that have defective disc drives but the main board is OK.
