It started with a message :
Which I thought was a loss of connection with the network. It disappeared.. ..came on again after some time.
Later that day, the car started without a warning. But some time later, it came on again..
Next day. Started, no problem. About one hour later it came on. And finally, my audio was dead..
Later I realized this is done automatically as if you are calling hands free.
"How can I help you" it sounded, from the SOS central !!
I told them nothing was wrong, the system was on the blink.. ..and if they could switch it off. The can not.
So they disconnected. Not even 10 secs later : again connection with the central !!
After that I made several short trips, but it did not come back. Driving home at night, the light came on,
but no automatic connection with the central.
I contacted JLR. The think it is the (backup) battery for the SOS system... .. the car just had service 3 months ago.
Is it unreasonable to expect for JLR to replace this battery automatically after 3 years ??? I-pace First Edition Santorini & 2nd car Mazda MX-30 Advantage red/black
