2012 Range Rover Westminster 4.4 V8 Stornoway Grey

Turbo actuator shaft

Read just about all there is to read regards lubricating the turbo actuator shafts, still cant see the nearside one, should you be able to move the shafts by hand even though they are attached to the actuator motor ? car is a 2012 4,4 TDV8.
