Why does the gearbox park light on the center console and the light for the rear windows isolated indicator remain illuminated when the vehicle is locked? |

They remain lit while the cars brain is still on, they will go off after about 10mins when the BeCM goes to sleep and the car shuts down propperly. |

This must be what was confusing the AA man when he came to start mine off a flat battery then. He put a clamp meter on the battery cable and checked for voltage drop and it was showing 5 amps drain. It did start to drop after a while though. Having said that, i could do with checking it after an hour or so just to make sure! 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded |

Yer after 30mins I think it should be asleep. The old P38 RR used to have problems with wireless doorbells keeping them awake causing lots of flat battery's. |
