Sometimes it's time well spent to take a step or two back, hopefully it'll progress the faultfinding.
Yes - sorry, injector numbers correspond to firing order, I should have mentioned that.

I know there are no fuses for the injectors directly, I can't remember the exact details but I think there is more than one fuse for the 'power' (as opposed to sensor supply) input to the ECM. On the 3.6TDV8 there is one 25A fuse with a splice in the harness that splits the supply between three inputs. either way, IMO you need to check all pins that supply 12V or ground for volt drop between the source and the ECM connector, I'd also be checking pin grip on those terminals and the output terminals too. Too often I've seen tech's stumped by pin grip, particularly on control modules or sensors etc. as it's near-impossible to check without a breakout box or test pins.

I found the two power in pins. Checking tomorrow

Two? there should be three supplied by the 25A fuse, Connector 'A' L1, L2 & L3 with four grounds on the same plug, pins M1, M2, M3 & M4 there is also a unswitched +ve on pin K4

Well, I’m sure you can appreciate the wiring diagram takes quite some time to go through to match ECM pins to it

It's all on one sheet for the power and ground connections.

All those grounds are sound. If the fuse was out it would show both banks, or more, or no Ecu. All fuses are fine in the engine junction box I will double check everything thurs

I'm not saying the fuse may be blown, there may be volt drop across it or corrosion at the soldered joint ('SJ' on the diagram) so it's vital to check for correct voltage at the connector under load If necessary, use a dummy load (55w Halogen is ideal) which will provide enough current draw to highlight any low voltage issues.

SOLVED
Today, I started out as if I knew nothing and tested wires and lines individually.

Discovery: bank B injectors don’t mean why I had been told and thought. It does not refer to the left or right if the engine. Because I thought it did, I had completely ignored cylinders 1-4.

The solution: it turns out injector 2 was faulty. Pins grounding to body and failing capacitance test.
So, I actually only needed to sort 6 and 2 out in the end. Where as I’ve changed 1, 5, 6, and 8. And now 2.

So bank B? I’m unsure exactly what it refers to. Cylinder 2 is on the middle ecm connector (brown). So it may mean that. I can’t find any details, but it certainly does not mean the left side of the engine!

Well done - I think the bank A & B refers to the internal MosFET layout, it could refer to the connectors though.

I'm a bit confused with injector 2, I thought you'd tested them all for resistance, capacitance and short to injector body as per the first post?.
