RANGE ROVER L322 2012 Rear Differential Plugs part number ??

HI all,

I've been recently motivated by many post here to renew my rear (and eventually front) diff oil. It's a must on a 170 000 km L322 4.4 TDV8 vogue from 2012, or so I read.
Now it seems most beneficial to change the plugs (fill and drain) during this process ! (see EmiratesA380 well explained process)

Alas, it's quite a mess to figure out the Part Number of these, as there seems to be multiple choices and numerous way to order the wrong ones... and not too many places to find the right ones.

From what I gathered for the rear (my first ordeal):
* I should have a e-diff at the rear --> so there's a special oil
* the fill plug should be TYB 500060
* the drain plug should be TYB 500110

Am I wrong ?
Where can I get these and are there kits with the plugs and the oil to buy somewhere ?

Cheers

Yep, been there already, but "2002 to 2012" is a long stretch and the part number are again different from the ones I mentionned ...

Still doubtfull... "it needs some intelligence to undestand you may not have enough"

Send Duckworths or LRparts.net an email, either will be able to tell you the correct part numbers (and sell you the parts) from your VIN.

On my 2009 3.6TDV8, standard rear diff, not the e-diff. Landrover parts.
Rear diff fill plug LTYB000010
Rear diff drain plug LTYB500080

Actually, it's reasonably easy to find out from here
https://new.lrcat.com/#!/12719/103573/103995/8245
Drain plug FTC5431 -> TYB500110
Fill plug TYB500110

And from here
https://new.lrcat.com/#!/12719/112519/112520/8922
Oil LR019727 CASTROL CARBON 75W90 (from the specifications, service fill is 1.55 litres).

Thanks Phoenix,

I'll put a tab on this link for future part number search !

SO all in all it's the same part number for the drain and the fill plug ? "it needs some intelligence to undestand you may not have enough"

It appears so, clearly the drain was a different p/n but was superceded. I can find no reference to anything other than that part number for both the drain and fill plugs.
The oil is definitely correct, my L319 had an active rear differential and used the same oil, BOT 720 is the Castrol reference from memory.
