United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Westminster 4.4 V8 Cairns Blue

I’ve got the fan out of the car and if I try to spin it when cold it’s got resistance and won’t feed wheel, I then used a heat gun and warmed up the centre of the fan no matter how hot I got it and with spinning it it was still not locked up so I think a new one is to be ordered 2012 Range Rover Westminster 4.4 TDV8
